My name is Holly Fann. I am a food writer, dining critic and speaker based in St. Louis, MO. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I worked as a chef and chef educator, cooking and teaching for a combined twenty years before hanging up my apron to write. I live with three Boston Terrier rescues of varying fitness levels.
