My name is Holly Fann. I am a food writer and dining critic based in St. Louis, MO. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I worked previously as a chef and chef educator, cooking and teaching for a combined twenty years before hanging up my apron to write. I am a member of Equity at The Table and was the recipient of the 2021 full scholarship to pursue certification as a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators from The Veraison Project.
