My name is Holly Fann. I am a food writer and dining critic based in St. Louis, MO. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I worked previously as a chef and chef educator, cooking and teaching for a combined twenty years before hanging up my apron to write. I live with three Boston Terrier rescues of varying fitness levels.
I have written for Food & Wine, Eater, Thrillist, Plate, St. Louis Magazine, Sauce and The Riverfront Times. I am a member of Equity at The Table and will be giving a talk at the 2022 TedX StLouis conference.
