My name is Holly Fann. I am a food writer and dining critic based in St. Louis, MO. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I worked previously as a chef and chef educator, cooking and teaching for a combined twenty years before hanging up my apron to write.
I am a member of Equity at The Table and was the recipient of the 2021 full scholarship to pursue certification as a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators from The Veraison Project. I have written for Eater, Thrillist, St. Louis Magazine, Sauce and The Riverfront Times. Recently, I was invited to jury the national art exhibit, Food For Thought, through Webster Arts. I have been featured on KMOX radio to speak about food and dining and have sat for television interviews for local media including a feature piece for HEC, an arts, culture and education network.
